Design concepts
Four different concepts from your plot and brief, with room layouts, plans and views. A fit check tells you when the size you asked for does not fit the plot.
Your taste
Moods, colours, materials, must-haves and who lives at home travel with the project so professionals start from what you like.
Read your drawing
Upload an existing plan and get rooms and sizes read out for you to confirm.
Quantities and rates
Bill-of-quantities drafts from the concept, with rates you or a quantity surveyor supply. We do not invent prices.
Professionals on your project
Invite an architect, engineer, interior designer, landscape designer or quantity surveyor. Licensed sign-off is recorded with their registration.
Suppliers and transport
Request quotes, with drawings and photos attached, from verified suppliers, compare offers, and arrange transport. You deal directly with them; MiaBuild never holds your money.
Estates
Describe plots and home types and get one concept per type with combined quantities and a quote request for the whole estate.
Site progress
A stage-by-stage log with photos, suggested photos for work that gets covered, missing-evidence prompts, a "tidy my note" helper, and Swahili stage names.
Handover pack
Approvals, team, signed-off stages, snag list and document records gathered into one printable pack.
CAD export
Download a concept as a DXF file to open in CAD software. Marked not for construction.
Studio
Pictures and short clips of your concept for decoration ideas and sharing.
Local rules, labelled
Nairobi rules are built in. Malindi rules are provisional and marked as owner-stated until confirmed in writing by the county.
